I originally put this gallery online to share my photos with family and friends. I was surprised and delighted that other people were interested in them as well. by Andrew Doughty & Harriet Friedman. I recommend it for anyone traveling to Kauai.
It contains a wealth of information on activities, beaches, restaurants, hotels, and hiking; their website contains even more.
The authors live on the island and they aren't afraid to say what they think.
Unlike many guidebooks, the authors of this book have anonymously tried everything they review.
