I went to Lancaster University for Statistical Genomics Days, a small conference in memory of Lancsaster faculty member Nick Smith.

We have practicals in the computer cluster |
They put us in dorm rooms |
Which are quite nice |
The second day is talks |
Lancaster University has nice bits |
And some interesting architecture |
But much of it isn't particulary pretty |
Like the engineering bulidng where the conference is |
I leave Lancaster train station |
And see mountains on the way back |
